Texans Don't Fall for Green Schemes

While many states are experiencing huge budget deficits and asking for a federal government bailout, Texas enjoys a $11 billion budget surplus. And while many states are clamoring to be green, and though Texas has programs in place to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, Texas has refused to jump on the global warming regulatory bandwagon. Let's face it: whatever Texas is doing, we are doing it right.
